INITIAL FILL

Make sure power is turned off.

Fill hot tub through filter compartment.

Do Not use softened water.

Turn 20 amp breaker on and purge any remaining air by turning the jets on for 30 mins.( for Vista, Envoy or Caspian, Turn on 30 amp breaker)

Turn on clean cycle.

Add ¼ CUP CHLORINE AND ¼ CUP (MPS) OXIDIZER into filter compartment.

Check chemical levels using test strips.

Adjust PH by adding either up or down depending on need. (2 caps per square on your test strip)

Wait at least 2 hours between test times.

Add 4 ozs stain & scale.

RUN JETS for 20 minutes rotating the diverter handle(s) to purge any air out of the lines. Turn 30 amp breaker on. (for Vista, Envoy and Caspian, Turn 20 amp breaker on.)

AFTER EACH USE

Check chemical levels using test strips, (if levels are OK don’t add anything)

If levels are NOT adjust accordingly, add 1 TABLESPOON MPS (OXIDIZER) per 250 gallons

Turn clean cycle on.

Vista 2 tablespoons

Landmark 2 tablespoons

Grandee 2 tablespoons

Envoy 1-1/2 tablespoons

Vanguard 1-1/2 tablespoons

Highlife 1-1/2 tablespoons

Accolade 1-1/2 tablespoons

Sovereign 1-1/2 tablespoons

Prodigy 1-1/4 tablespoons

Jetsetter 1 tablespoon

Siberian 1-1/2 tablespoons

Caspian 1-1/3 tablespoons

Bengal 1-1/3 tablespoons

Sumatran 1-1/4 tablespoons

ONCE A WEEK

Check chemical levels using test strips.

Adjust PH level accordingly.

Add 1 oz Stain & Scale.

Add 2 TEASPOONS of Chlorine per 250 gallons or follow chart below

Envoy 3 teaspoons

Vanguard 3 teaspoons

Highlife 3 teaspoons

MONTHLY

Remove filters and clean by soaking in hot water and Filter Cleaner overnight, filters must be rinsed thoroughly before reinstalling. TRI-X Filters can be put in you dishwasher on WASH ONLY, with no detergent or Jetdry type products and NO DRY CYCLE.

FAILURE TO KEEP FILTERS CLEAN CAN AFFECT YOUR HEATER AND PUMPS! SERVICE CALLS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY IF DIRTY FILTERS ARE THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM!!!!

EVERY 4 MONTHS

Unplug spa from power source.

Drain spa.

Use a diluted solution of bleach to clean spa. Never use anything abrasive to clean spa surface.

Make sure spa is rinsed thoroughly before refilling.

REPLACE FRESHWATER SILVER ION CARTRIDGE!!!! This must be done to kill bacteria.

Follow directions for INITIAL FILL for adding chemicals.
